focus on the basics!
In
order to increase your sales, you could
look at strategies that might increase the
average amount of money that is spent by
your customers each time they purchase from
you.
You
might perhaps look at strategies that encourage
your customers to buy from you more often.
Instead of once a year you might look at
special offers or new products that encourage
them to buy three or four times a year.
The
third and most common level of thinking
by business leaders is to concentrate on
increasing the number of customers and achieving
this by increasing the spend on advertising.
It
is when you can implement strategies that
increase two or three of these areas at
the same time that you get an explosive
multiplier effect.
